The offer

What we do.

Two connected ways to reduce the cost of doing business.

What does KS Consultancy actually do?

We examine business spending to find overcharges, unused services and avoidable recurring costs. We also improve costly workflows, using automation or AI only when it suits the work and the benefit can be measured. See the Services page for the areas we review.

Which costs can you review?

The scope can include electricity, telecom, card and bank fees, supplier invoices, freight, customs-related charges and insurance. We focus on the categories that matter to your organisation and where the records support a useful comparison.

Is this suitable for a large or multi-site business?

Yes. Multiple sites, suppliers and transactions can make small discrepancies add up. We define a focused initial scope with your finance and operations leads before expanding the review.

Do we need to use AI?

No. Many savings come from correcting charges, removing unused services or simplifying a process. AI is considered only for a specific use case, with your approval and appropriate handling of business data.

Results & fees

How the numbers work.

Clear definitions matter more than an impressive estimate.

How do you calculate a saving?

We agree a baseline and measurement method before an engagement starts. A result may be a recovered overcharge, a recurring bill reduction or a measured operational saving. Your team reviews the evidence and verifies the outcome against the agreed method.

How is KS Consultancy paid?

Our fee is an agreed percentage of verified savings. The percentage, measurement period and treatment of different kinds of savings are documented in the engagement terms before work begins.

What if the review finds no savings?

Under the results-based model, no verified savings means no fee. We agree the scope and any exceptions in writing before work begins.

Can you recover money we already overpaid?

Sometimes. It depends on the records, the supplier contract, the nature of the charge and the period involved. We document the evidence and seek your approval before any supplier contact or recovery action.

Working together

What to expect.

Your people stay in control of the decisions.

What is the free Savings Scan?

It starts with a short business brief by email or a 30-minute conversation about the cost areas worth checking first. It is not a full audit or a guaranteed savings estimate. No invoices or contracts are needed at this stage. See the Savings Scan page.

What information will you need for a detailed review?

Only records relevant to the agreed scope, such as bills, invoices, statements, contracts, usage information and process context. We confirm the document request and confidentiality arrangements before sensitive records are shared.

Will you contact suppliers or change our operations?

Only with your approval. Your organisation decides whether to contact a supplier, adopt a recommendation or change a process.

How long does the work take?

It depends on the scope, quality of records, supplier responses and implementation required. We agree review milestones at the start; a refund and a recurring reduction may follow different timelines.

How do you handle confidential information?

We agree what information is needed, who can access it and the confidentiality terms before records are exchanged. Any proposed AI use involving your data requires separate agreement within that scope.
